So Chinese New Year is coming and you haven’t gotten your clothes ready? Time for you to check out Love, Bonito pop-up store at Tangs VivoCity.

Was invited to their launch a few weeks ago (yes I’m late again) and was wowed by their new collection of clothes. Before we move on to the clothes, we had some finger food nommers from Delifrance. 

CAN WE SAY YAY! MACARONS!! ＼(*T▽T*)／ And they came in pretty pastel colours. 

The organisers were very thoughtful to provide finger food so our lipsticks don’t come off haha. Seriously I once went for an event and they served burgers. You don’t wanna know how I looked like when I devoured that patty.

Certain pieces will be released ahead of their online site, which makes it really worthwhile to head down to your favourite online retailer’s very first temporary brick and mortar shop. OMG what does that mean? It means no more camping in front of the computer trying to snag your favourite dress and feeling down when your Internet speed doesn’t beat the other thousands of people fighting for that dress. Just head down to Tangs @ Vivo City and you might just pick your perfect dress, before anybody else does online!

The perfect cheongsam dress for CNY! This is sold out online but I’m not too sure if they have it at Tangs still. You can try your luck there!:D

I WAS LATE FOR THE LAUNCH AND I MISSED THIS. *proceeds to cry a thousand buckets of tears* (ノД`)・゜・。 Maybe I should try my luck at the Tangs store as well.

This is the what I call impress-the-mother-in-law kinda dress. Classy, feminine, doesn’t show too much, you are bound to get into her good books haha!

Remember the great collaboration with Julie Fournie at Digital Fashion Week?

You can also expect pieces from the recent Julien Fournie for Love, Bonito collection there. Prices will range from $29-$109.
