    Tribal Nails by Simplicity Nails

Ohaiyo! As most of you might already have seen my Instagram/Facebook/previous blog posts, I now have a beautiful set of Gelish Tribal Nails! I love my nails to bits!! About two months ago, I received an email from the owner of Simplicity Nails, Trina, offering to be my nail sponsor. Simplicity Nails is a home based salon situated at the West side of Singapore. Trina has previously worked in a nail salon before and she has a Professional Manicure Certificate awarded by The Pink Room International Nail Academy. I trust that my nails are in good hands 🙂

My nail appointment was at 2pm on Tuesday,

It looks like a princess room with all that wall decals and a nice pink couch with floral cushions! I love all things pink and pretty *starting to sound bimbotic but I don’t care*

Wide range of nail polishes available, from China Glaze to OPI to Orly. Our all-time favourite brands of nail varnish!

I showed Trina a picture of some tribal nails design I found online but we tweaked it a bit. I chose Purple, Magenta, Baby Pink and White! And this was how it turned out…

It was my first time doing Gelish and I asked quite a bit of questions haha. Gelish lasts longer for about 2-3 weeks and doesn’t chip easily. And the best thing about Gelish is it dries immediately, of course with the curing under the UV light. Usually if I go for manicures, I am always afraid of damaging my freshly painted nails because the top layer always seems to have dried up but the bottom doesn’t! So I always end up screwing my nails 🙁 I’m sure many of you have experienced this before, especially when you paid so much for it and you’ve already left the nail parlor. Hur ugly nails T.T But with Gelish, you’ll never have ugly nails anymore.

A happy me yesterday, haha matching tribal nails and top.

Sorry I don’t really know how to operate the DSLR, it took me a long time trying to focus at the right spot. I still failed. It belongs to Roy by the way.

Yay thank you Simplicity Nails for my pretty tribal nails! Thank you Trina!! Trina is really nice and chatty, we both had a lot to talk during the entire manicure session. She also happens to know Atiqah too hehe. What a small world!
